Submission Dates are the 15th of February, April, June, August, October and December.
Submissions can be sent by email to eidea@mwnet.com. Text should either be in the email or as an attached Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file. Email photos as JPG or TIF. Or mail to address below.
Advertising Rates
- Full Page $35 per issue, approximate size is 7.5” X 10”
- Half Page $20 per issue, approximate size is 7.5” X 5”
- Quarter Page $10 per issue, approximate size is 3.75” X 5”
- Show Bills and Clinic Flyer Insertion $15 per issue, we will insert your 8.5 X 11 inch flyer. Send 125 copies and a check by the submission deadline.
EIDEA members get a $5 discount per ad. What a deal!
NOTE: If your ad requires anything other than placement there will be an additional fee of $25 per hour for display advertising design services with a 1 hour minimum. Ad submissions are best made as a TIF, JPG or PDF file and can be emailed to eidea@mwnet.com
