"Ardent horsewoman" is an oft-read term that finds real meaning with our cover girl, Mrs. Betsy Coester, of Iowa City, Iowa. The mother of six children, Mrs. Coester drove to Hideaway Stables in Geneseo, N.Y. to compete in their August Horse Trails as pictured and then went on to the Wofford Cup, and then still another trial, just as an "ardent horsewomen" would do.
